Will the products shrink or lose their shape?

What is your return policy?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange. Custom orders are final unless there's a defect.
My pet doesn't like their new bed. What can I do?
Some pets need time to adjust to new beds. Try placing familiar blankets or toys inside. If your pet still won't use it after 2 weeks, contact us - we're happy to work with you to find a solution.
